The Aitkin County SWCD began a large county wide culvert inventory in 2020. The end result will be a map for each township that contains the locations, condition, size and type of all the culverts in the township road and county road right of ways. The aim of this project is to get an increased understanding of the watersheds and use the gathered information to quickly solve water flow problems.
