The Aitkin County Soil and Water Conservation District has a board of 5 supervisors that each represent a different geographic region of Aitkin County. Supervisors are elected by the public for 4-year terms. The 2022 board members are:
- Wayne Anderson, Chair
- Bob Janzen, Vice Chair/Treasurer
- Frank Turnock, Secretary
- Tom Fasteland, Reporter
